The beginning of the class will be dedicated to creative play including stories, songs, play dough, and more. After everyone moves about and gets comfortable we will come together to enjoy guided yoga and music.

Jolly Lollies Music Play Date

Ages: 0 to 5 years
Stay & Play Class (no drop offs)
Enjoy 30 minutes of creative play where adults can bring coffee and chat while their littles explore the space. The second 30 minutes is guided mindful movement centered around the Jolly Lollies music.

Tumble with Liz

Ages: 0 to 5 years

Join us for gross-motor tumble for the first half of class. During our tumble time children will practice balance, rolling, and be challenged by an obstacle course. Then during the second half of class there will be creative play including stories, songs, play dough, and more.

Open Play

Has your child dropped their nap and you need a little time to get things done? We’ve got you! Join us for play dough creations, coloring, story time, and music.

Sensory Art with Heather

Ages: 0 to 5 years

This class has something for everyone! For the first half of class we will explore many different techniques and materials–painting, clay, print making, drawing, building, sculpting. This class will flow between working collaboratively and independently with some time for play built in to fill creative minds. The second half of class will be devoted to independent creative play and story time.

Sensory Art Stay-And-Play with Heather

Ages: 0 to 5 years
Stay & Play Class (no drop offs)

Do you see all the fun ideas for rainbow rice, slimes, paint, play dough and clay on Pinterest but are not into the mess? Heather LOVES a mess and will clean it up to boot! This class provides sensory-rich experiences that you can enjoy right along with your little artist without any clean up. Toddlers will move around stations at their own pace and each week there will be an optional project for you to collaborate with your little artist.

Hump Day Family Yoga

Adult Participation Required

Join us for a refreshing midweek stretch. The whole family is invited. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and prepare for deep breathing, stories, songs, and guided movement.

Bilingual Art with SoL

Ages: 3 to 6 years
Drop Offs welcome for children 3 and older
In this class, SoL offers children opportunities to explore nature and to create while learning Spanish. Her fun bilingual interactions expose kiddos to a wide variety of media and enjoyable activities. The second half of class will be devoted to independent creative play and story time.

Yoga with Mary Beth

Ages: 4 to 6 years
Drop Offs Allowed

In Mary Beth’s yoga & mindfulness classes, children and their adults will explore the practice through age appropriate activities, games and stories. All of the activities will incorporate connection, breathing, movement, focus and relaxation. Each class is designed to help children and adults experience the benefits of Yoga & Mindfulness in a safe and playful manner.

Storybook Matinée with Mrs. Seide

Ages: 0 to 5 years
Stay & Play Class (no drop offs)
Mrs. Seide will share the joy of a good storybook, teach a lively song, and lead a meaningful “hands on” extension activity. Each class is designed to help students’ literacy development and provide adults with read aloud techniques to foster a lifelong love of books and reading. “Children are made readers on the laps of their parents” - Emilie Buchwald

Storybook Matinée Lyrics & Lemonade

Ages: 4 to 6 years

Mrs. Seide is a magical storyteller. Over the course of this semester long class your littles will experience the joy of a good storybook. In addition, Mrs. Seide will teach a song related to the story topic and lead a hands on extension activity. Each class is designed to support literacy development through interactive reading, listening, speaking, singing and practicing social skills. The semester will conclude with a student performance of Storybook Matinee songs on November 21 during the regular class time.
