Heather Murphy is the founder and creator of hlm Studio, a space for creative play and exploration. A mama of two and a life long maker, Heather provides sensory-rich and process based experiences for children 10 months and up. Sensory activities allow your child to naturally explore, investigate and create. Her classes invite your child to cultivate curiosity, take risks, and find joy in the making with a focus on the process of creating art rather than a planned outcome. Heather loves sharing ideas on how to create space for art in your home, while offering fun and (sometimes messy) group experiences for your family to enjoy!

SoL is the founder and operator of Art Kiddo. She is a visual artist, performer, and event curator who strives to share her love of nature with kiddos via bilingual, art instruction. Her love of nature stems from growing up in the Patagonia region of Argentina, and her time in the Amazon and in Mexico. SoL is the instructor of Bilingual, Art and Nature classes at The Mothership.

Heather Seide (rhymes with tidy) is thrilled to present STORYBOOK MATINEE: an exciting, action-packed literacy program specifically designed for preschool aged children. She’s a pro at expanding vocabulary and knowledge of rhymes through literacy and song. In addition to being a story teller, Mrs. Seide is a happy wife, proud mom, delighted Nessie (grandmother), and enthusiastic teacher!

Mary Beth Bender has been teaching Yoga & Mindfulness to children since 2005. She has always had a love for children, movement and creativity. Her inspiration to teach Kids Yoga awakened after having a vision that bringing yoga to children could potentially help make the world a more peaceful place by planting these seeds at a young age. Since then, she’s completed 200 hrs of children’s yoga & mindfulness training and has founded Twist Kids Yoga. Twist Kids Yoga focuses on bringing mindfulness, asana, relaxation & compassion into the lives of the youth. It is also a yoga alliance school where she and her business partner lead teacher trainings.
